Sizwe Hosmed Medical Scheme said they would give my complaint urgent attention....one week later and still no answer...utter unprofessional and pathetic. Can SOMEONE that is a decision maker, not just anyone contact me.

15 Oct 2024, 13:03I was contacted by someone that is NOT a decision maker, thus my time was wasted once again spanning as from middle of the year up until now, with people phoning me that are not in a SENIOR DECISION MAKER POST / POSITION. Thus they can not help me what so ever. My profile was not read either and the person did not know why she was phoning me !!!!!!!

I was contacted by someone that is NOT a decision maker, thus my time was wasted once again spanning as from middle of the year up until now, with people phoning me that are not in a SENIOR DECISION MAKER POST / POSITION. 28 Oct 2024, 13:11Which part of Decision maker and or Manager don't you Sizwe Hosmed understand, I get e-mail upon e-mail with the same nonsense over and over. This has been ongoing since mid year. absolutely unprofessional with total disregard for the member.
