Sizwe hosmed medical scheme

I am deeply frustrated with this medical aid, first you wait for hours just to get a consulted to assist you, it's been 6 weeks since I needed help regarding dental, when you get them on a call they will transfer from one department to another at the end of the day you won't be assisted what pains me is that every month is R1500 is being deducted from my salary but when I really need to use it, it's a problem I wouldn't advise people to be part of the scheme, not so long ago some dentists turned me away saying sizwe is under liquidation and it doesn't pay most of the claims I called them they said they have network doctors I must go to them I went there paid cash consultation hoping that they will cover the cost of what I wanted to do but they are coming up with stories, I am so disappointed I want to cancel this
