SIZWE HOSMED IS ****MING ME OF MY MEDICAL AID SAVINGS
Sizwe medical scheme is the most useless scheme I have ever used!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have been trying to get them to refund me my MSA back but no one is assisting. When I call no one seems to know what to say to me. By now I have sent countless emails with no response and it's now June, I've been sending emails since late April. This scheme is the worst thing ever. I demand to be responded to as soon as possible because you've really annoyed me.

05 Jun 2026, 09:50Sizwe medical aid reply for the sake of replying. They go on to ignore complaints. No one is able to say anything about queries. How does the staff say they don't know and have no idea??? This is very absurd and upsetting. I have told my colleagues who are on Sizwe that their issues will not get resolved too because this scheme doesn't care. Sizwe I need my MSA refunded to me in full!!! I don't want to go back and forth with you.
