I wish I could give this medical aid zero stars. I have had so many problems with them over the past 7 months. Not reversing *****ents claims, not reimbursing payments to service providers. Now they have terminated the wrong dependants, despite filling out their forms and giving clear requests via emails. They are pathetic.
