Good day. I was admitted to ICE Cardiac care on the 28th April 2024 and was discharged on the 30th April 2024 due to they thought i was having a light heart attack. They send me for cath lab tests. They found out that one of my heart vains was a little narrowed. The docter has given me prescribed medicine to take each day to open my vains. After about a month i recieve a medical bill from Mediclinic vereeniging showing that my medical aid did not pay the full amount. I have been with Sizwe Hosmed Medical cover from 2011 September my hospital is covered 100%. I have semt the Medical aid emails regarding the problem but they just do not reply to me. The hospital want to place me on the credit berue and get a court letter for that amount. The amount rounds up to R29 000 and the emergency unit also R2000 that was not paid. I want to take this matter futher and if it go on like this i will name and shame Sizwe medical on each and every social media page i can find. I am paying atleast R7000pm for my cover and this is unacceptable. I can also not afford that R30 000 at this stage. Thank you
