Sizwe hosmed doing the worst

Why has sizwe changed so much. The service is incredibly bad. I'm almost due for birth, guess what no midwive has contacted me since I registered.

Secondly all my claims are not being paid. I sent them my claims, they sent me a resolved message but then I findout that they've not paid anything. What have you resolved if you guys have not paid the Dr's.

I was in hospital I am on platinum enhanced but you failed to even cover my blood tests, how?? Why won't you guys pay?

I since put a second claim for an injection I had to get due to my pregnancy. Still no payment from you, how??

I don't feel okay with giving my second birth under hosmed at this point. I've never seen a medical aid to disappointing. From being the best to the worst on this level
