Sizwe Hosmed client service disappearing

I have two outstanding queries that are now going through annual anniversaries. The reason for rejecting the claim is invalid, motivation has been sent but no feedback besides the call center telling me weekly to phone back next week. Since the merger of Sizwe with Hosmed their client service has disappeared.
