Sizwe Hosmed a disappointment.

Lets just say Pathetic is not the word to describe the service delivery from Hosmed Sizwe Medical Aid scheme. I am a old client from them as i had to choose a new MEDICAL AID from Jan 2025. My late husband was on the medical aid as well but passed away in 2021 from his condition and up till today i am still paying of doctors bills as they just didn`t pay the fees and put him on as resigned and not deceased. I have tried to make contact several times but only get a ref number and no feedback but have to admit only once a speedy feedback was send back. Even when you have written proof from auth that you were approved they don`t pay what they say they will pay. I just want to know will i be refunded the moneys paid to doctors that you Sizwe Hosmed did not pay? I am very glad that i could changed to avoid this in future.
