Unfortunately you do not have - stars. I am totally disgusted the way this medical aid gives you the runabout. Nobody knows what is happening. We've now received an email regarding the merger of our plan, access saver 15 and hospital plan, it will now be Access Core (a hospital plan) Both my husband and I are on chronic meds. No details are given about this plan. They only give you an email address for option change and number ( when you phone you are told to email them😡) changing to another medical is not even an option because of the prices and waiting period. Still very confused at the moment
