I have sever back pain, been to see a specialist after the GP was unable to assist me. The specialist sent me for a MRI and due to my compromised Kidneys the Specialist opted to admit and give IV pain relief.
So what happens next is a call center person at the medical aid overrides the Specialist and decides that I should not be admitted. I am now left in the waiting area of the hospital in severe pain and told to register with a back and neck program. What nonsense how does that help me now like I said I am in sever pain. Calling the medical aid is a waist of time you talk to a person who has a standard response.
I may as well go to a Government Hospitality for help.
Stay away from Sizwe Hosmed.

I have no option but to go home in pain and suffer whilst I pay a substantial subscription every month to Sizwe Hosmed. Enjoy my last few months as I will be moving to after more than 15 years with you.
