Sizwe Hosemed Very Bad!!!!

Disappointed in this Medical Aid, not paying bills to Providers. We get a message from Gariep Mediclinic Kimberley that all Sizwe Medical Aid members are now handle as Private. You will pay in advance and claim back from the medical aid. The dentist is also the same. We are now Private and must pay the bill and then claim back from Sizwe. But every month they are taking our monthly payments??? No service from this medical aid. The last statements that were paid is 1 st September. What is going on. What is the way forward??????
