Sizwe Hose med Medical Aid
Good Morning. I am also willing to enter the next step now to the Ombudsman. I am struggling from Des 2022 to get my accounts paid by the medical aid. In Hospital Bad telecommunication, you stay on the line for so long. I am on this medical aid now for nearly 20 years, but it gets worse now. We are paying a lot of money, but accounts refuse in Hospital to be paid with PMB Authorization number. I am going on Holiday, out of Country for April. It is now nearly 4 months there is just no feedback and payments. Can anybody help me with the Ombudsman contact details please as soon as possible?.
