1 start is even too much credit! Zero. They should rather close down, pity our company has made it compulsory to use them, but they are utter nonsense, *********** in every way. Funds are loaded at the beginning of each month, but when I go consult or request prescription medication, it's always 'no funds' then when I send them emails, they always send the automated response, every single time. Then when I send receipts of the bills I paid cash-they never respond. Even the representative sent to our workplace Bobo Mkhwa****, he will just blue tick you and not respond .SIZWE IS THE WORST MEDICAL AID COVER TO HAVE. but they are very quick to take your money.
