Sizwe error is a real headache!

Sizwe errenously removed a member from the medical aid. After a tedius and labourous process the member was re-instated. However, in spite of several follow-ups Sizwe still has not honourd the claims from the period where the member still rightfully should have been covered ( there was no lapse in payments and again, the error was made on Sizwe's side). Dealing with sizwe can be compared to having your wisdom teeth extracted - painful.
