Sizwe does not pay medical professionals, leaving doctors and patients in the lurch

I am a doctor in the Western Cape. We have tried in vain for over 2 years to comply with paperwork and requirements but despite many, many phone calls and emails, this medical aid refuses to load my banking details on their systems, forcing me to charge Sizwe clients directly. I don't know if they actually ever get round to reimbursing clients personally if claims are sent in by the patients themselves, reports are that they don't. Waste of money, you may as well just pay for services yourself without paying them also for a useless service not rendered.
