Sizwe Complaint

At this stage I feel that i have NEVER before struggled with a medical aid as much as i have been struggling with Sizwe. This has happened multiple time that I receive accounts that are outstanding that Sizwe did not pay. When contacting them it shows that the error is on their side and I was assured that the accounts would be paid. Still i found that the accounts were not paid. Also to this matter i have contacted them multiple time due to the fact that i never received my welcome pack including my card yet NO response was given after requesting it .
