Sizwe bad medical service
The worst experience since I joined sizwe medical, but this year takes the prize. I recently found out that my medical day to day funds have been depleted according to sizwe. When I checked all my baby/ maternity funds were taken from my day to day. I registered for the sizwe baby programme and was promised maternity benefits that would NOT be taken from my day to day. 8 months later, the funds have been deducted from day to day. I tried calling Sizwe even sent emails, they just come back to me with the response “you medical has been depleted” that’s all.
My child is sick and I can’t even take the baby to the dr because sizwe says I have depleted my funds, they did not even increase my benefits when I added my child to the medical, they just decided to do their own thing. They really don’t care.
