<p>Sizwe medical fund is very disappointing from September this year. You get no service or answers from the call center. I am waiting for a wheelchair claim from September, I HAVE 10 reference numbers already. Then also, all my funds out of hospital disappeared from september. So all claims are rejected from september. You can phone everyday for 3 months,sent emails and have no joy. I spoke to Grace and Tandeka a 100 times already at customer service. </p>
