Size medical aid don't care about they customers!!!

Sizwe medical aid, really don't care about they customers, I been complaining for weeks now on the outstanding ambulance bills that they refuse to pay for my child that's the main member on this medical aid, they don't assist with any pmb covers, most of the bills need to be paid out of my pocket, why having medical that don't care, I pay them but they pay for the services that the hospital and ambulance are giving.
