Shortpayment of Aeromedical transfer invoice

We have transferred one of the Sizwe Medical Scheme members after authorization and acceptance by Europ Assistance of our quotation. However, only a part of the quotation was paid. After many attempts to contact them, we have still not received any positive feedback with regards to the payment of the balance of the invoice.
