Shocking service
I have sent multiple emails and queries to Sizwe re my claims for the reference below..no joy. Since the Sizwe hosmed medical aid has gone into curatorship my doctors are requesting me to pay cash as they don't trust the Medical aid and when i am claim from the medical aid it is not been paid. Sending emails to query does not get any response.
