Shocking Service

I have been trying to get the correct tax certificate for year ending Feb 2025 - the one supp**** does not include all the claims not paid. I have emailed - no response, been to the office in PE - they have escalated on numerous occasions - no response, spoken to the branch manager in PE who promised to get back to me on Monday - still no response. I need this to complete the tax return which is due soon. Terrible service from Sizwe - your staff are not doing their jobs and there are no consequences. I am not allowed to be given any phone numbers or email addresses to follow up.
