Shocking and pathetic service
Good day.
Having been a client for nearly 40 years. I am very disappointed with the service provided by Sizwe. There is no care or communication from Sizwe at all for elderly clients. It is extremely difficult to communicate with Sizwe and claims department are just shocking. No reasons why claims are not approved. You have to drive and hope their offices are open . I highly advise looking elsewhere for medical aid.
