Seriously assistance required
I was on Sizwe primary medical aid for about 15 years. After resigning from work I decided to continue on Sizwe using a less expensive scheme called Gmomo. I have myself my fiancé and my mum which is 80 on my medical aid. My fiances chronic claim went off without an issue. However I have been battling to get my mother's approved. Prior to the lockdown she used to go and collect her chronic from the hospital but now it's a nightmare due to the pandemic as she's 80 as I mentioned. She lives in Durban and I live in Eastern Cape. Her care givers are refusing to go wait in queues for her meds and it's too expensive to buy cash as although unemployed I am assuring medical aid is paid every month please assist. I have contract Sizwe many times and have been able to resolve this to date.
