Savings refund nightmare :-(

I have reached my wits end with Sizwe. I resigned from my option in November 2024 and was informed that i can apply for the savings. I did the application and in July 2025 i enquired about the refund. After confirming banking details in July ... nothing... after countless phone calls and countless reference numbers, I was told today that the request will be sent to the billing department. The same story i was told the last couple of weeks... every time a different consultant answers the telephone and gives me a different version... what the hell are the reference numbers for? Just to get us off the phone??? Pathetic
