Savings refund

I have used this medical aid but not able to consult with it because my account was blocked while im busy making payment, now im no longer using it and they have to refund me my saving, still they are taking time to pay me back, the consaltant people are helpful but the billing department i not doing their job, isabout 3 months now for them to refund me, their serviceare poor
