Savings refund

Sizwe don’t take clients serious, I have been writing to them seeking assistance with my savings refund all they say is they will look into it an never rivet, I was promised my refund be end of May then 1st week of June, their billings team assured me that on the 8th of June it will be on the payment run, today I called and am being told to wait till July, honestly this is causing great inconvenience. I really don’t understand why they give a run when they confirmed the money has been allocated.
