Savings not refunded

I would not recommend this medical aid based on my experience. One of the main reasons I joined was for the savings benefit, but I experienced significant frustration when trying to access money that was supposed to be available to me. The process was slow, communication was poor, and I did not receive the support or assistance I expected. A medical aid should provide reliability and peace of mind, especially when it comes to members’ funds. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service received
