Today we had the sizwe guys come in to the company with regards to the MSA REIMBUR*****T payments. They claim it should pay out after 120days but rather the exact opposite is happening???

18 Jun 2025, 11:01This is truly unacceptable, my initial claim was put it in on the 07th of May. It’s been over a month of doing follow ups and empty promises have been yielded each and every time. Why do we have to suffer at the will of the different departments that are not willing to provide services to customers??? How does a claim sit with finance for approval for over a month???

20 Jun 2025, 11:42This is totally unacceptable. How os it that you struggle with receiving the MSA and again it’s very difficult to acquire and report back whatsoever to what’s happening with our refunds.
