In June when I got sick with the flue, and had to get antibiotics for a second time, I found out with a shock that my accute medication is depleted. I had to pay R595.00. The people at Sizwe are not friendly or helpful. They approved 60mg but 90mg payment was deducted. According to them Dischem used the wrong code. Dischem says they have one code to use. I sent proof to Sizwe by email. They did not receive it as the inbox is full. Faxed it, they did not receive it. They refuse to reverse the funds from the chronic to the accute. They do not respond to my queries. My company consultant is also useless. Not responding. ******!!!!</p>
