Ridiculous increase of 31% in membership for a pensioner

On the 15/12/2021 we were sent an email in increase of membership for my mum who is a pensioner at the age of 65years . We were currently paying R1959 and the increase entailed a 31% increase to R 2590. On the 29/12/2021 I called the call centre and I spoke to Poppy who asked me to send an email … which I did …. I received a response on the same day 29/12/2021 saying that I will receive communication from the company in 3-5 working days… it’s today 7 working days and there’s no response… All we want is assistance in looking at this premium to at least a 6% increase which is normally what medical aids charge… as my mum is in the lowest plans as she is a pensioner and dependent on us her kids… I will forward the email that I sent thru….
