Reversal of payments made to the hospital

I am very disheartened by the constant confusion caused by and level of service I keep on receiving from you guys.

Why would you reverse payments made between the 4th of October 2023 and the 09th April 2025?

The scheme informed the accounts people that the reversal was done in error in May.

Please reprocess these claims before the end of this month. This is becoming something that needs to go to the Ombudsman.
