RETHINKING MY MEMBERSHIP
Being in HR I have dealt with numerous medical aids. It usually takes a day for a transfer from company to individual status to be finalised. I have been waiting since the 3rd of FEBRUARY. This is unacceptable. It was a continuation of membership. All that changed was the BANK DETAILS. I cannot believe how pathetic the service is. Hosmed should never have merged with Sizwe. They were brilliant on their own.
