Refusing to treat member
My sister, who is 72, has been in agony for the last year or so because Sizwe Medical Aid is refusing to pay for an operation on her back to relieve pressure on a nerve, as they say it is not \life-threatening". The fact that they have acknowledged it is compression of the spine as specified in a MRI lumbar report dated 20/08/2014"
