Refused medical help but I on medical aid

1. I got an injury whilst playing sports and was rushed to a network hospital, they refused to assist me. I called the medical scheme and they promised to call me back of which they didnt

2. After two weeks, the injury was still not healed, I was referred to a physio the******. The medical scheme was called by the office of the physio. With a referral letter by my GP, they refused to assist me. I sat waiting at the doctors office because the scheme said they can help me because of the workload!!! What kind of nonsense is that???? A patient is in pain, desperately needing help, and is told that they are too busy with alot of workload?????
