Refuse my admission I am attending gov hospital while paying Requested a refund via email hence there were still receiving contributions for additional member which was taken out of the medical aid on 03.2025 documents asked for were sent after that they don't reply to emails from o2 September

After receiving a call from Sizwe to get clarity on a refund requested while the reference number is there- I was then promised that the payment will be made within 3-5 working days after waitin for almost2 months have to wait again.Today is the last day hope t get my refund back by the end of the day.
