Refund payment

Hi It's me again Zinakile Andile Nibe ,it seems like this is the only way hosmed gets to respond to my mails. I have been waiting for a response to the last email I sent to them at this point I am not even annoyed anymore I am ****ed. I have been waiting on my refund since last week already. I have been patient since September I cannot wait any longer if you guys don't get me back my refund by the end of this week I am gonna refer the matter to ombudsman.
