Refund not paid back

Sizwe Hosmed has not paid back my Medical Aid Savings refund inspite of them contacting me in March 2025 that I have a refund. I resigned from the scheme end of August 2024. Had it been the other way round, interest would have been accumulating and be required to pay those. I do hope that my statement will show accrued interest as opposed to paying the money into my bank account only.
