Refund - Kings ***
Good day, I was liaising with Nkosinathi Nzima regarding a refund owed to Sandra Suzan Kings. After providing the banking details and completed reimbur*****t forms, I advised him to please correct the account type to savings as it not a current account. I have since not heard back from Nkosinathi since 3rd May. Can anyone please advise if the banking details for Sandra Kings has been updated and also when the refund will be processed for her optical consultation in January 2021. The service is really very poor.
