Recon Query M M Jonck Medical Aid Number ***
On 23 January 2025 I have send a mail to *** for a breakdown of R41517.24 used on the savings account. The reference number received WF***3N***6 and mentioned that the recon can take from 3 - 5 working days.
On 25 February 2025 I requested another recon on the savings account mentioned the reference number from January 2025 and received another reference WF***5N***5.
Since January 2025 until today I have not received the recon as per my request.
