Practice registration and benefits.

I actually want to make the rating 0 because it takes hours to get benefits for someone on essential copper option. The service is extremely bad. I have no idea what's going on there but it is disappointing. We go from number to number and no one can help us. Eventually we call 360 health which assists in benefits for essential copper but... I suggest you check your service please. It ALWAYS says caller 1/2/3 for 5min and then later that 5min turns into an hour + and sometimes the line even dies before they answer. We as a practice tried to register for the website months ago and no one gets back to us ever.
