Poor service from Sizwe Hosmed medical aid
This is the worst medical aid I have ever used. I'm on one of their top plans and paying over 10 000 for me and my two kids but we are suffering because they don't want to pay for treatment. They enjoy getting the money but don't want to pay for treatment. I regret the day I joined them and unfortunately can only change medical aid in November because of work policy. I'm m stuck with paying them this high amount every month while I suffer in pain because they don't want to pay.
