Poor service
I have been struggling to buy over the counter meds for the passed month cause no one is able to resolve my problem with funds allocated for over the counter meds and prescriped meds. I have been promised someone will get to me or the team leader is in a meeting. So if I need panado I can go consult my GP. That's what this medical aid is saying but I have over R6000 allocated for medication. SHOCKING
