Poor service delivery!

As a service provider working with most medical aids I must say that Sizwe is by far the most unprofessional and difficult to deal with. The service delivery that one receives from them is the absolute worst. The phone operators are also extremely irritated and rude when you phone in need of assistance with a claim or authorization for a claim. I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone!
