Poor service
I've been waiting 10 days for feedback on a dental claim. No response on emails. App not working. Submitted claim on the website as well. No response.

08 Feb 2022, 19:31Please do not post lies. I was assisted by a consultant and I thank her for that but my query is still UNRESOLVED. I have not received any statements showing claims have been paid. The last statement I received on 04/02/2022 stated that I need to submit claims to the DRC which was done weeks ago. The DRC received my claims on 20/01/2022 however I’m still waiting on SizweHosmed and its almost a month later.

Please do not post lies. I was assisted by a consultant and I thank her for that but my query is still UNRESOLVED. I have not received any statements showing claims have been paid.
