Poor service at Sizwe
I am trying to get a competent person to connect with at the Sizwe Medical aid ....its like a horror story..I sent the claim documents to them only to be told to resend the documents again and when you do there is no feedback...the consultants you deal with cant communicate professionally...its a joke
