Poor Service and Unprofessional Consultants
I consulted a psychiatrist on the 22/02/22 instead of Sizwe paying psychiatrist from mental health benefits they've paid him under Day to Day benefit.I called claims department to find answers but couldn't find any help. Their consultants personnel seems to be very unprofessional and hanging up phone while you are still busy talking. I swear this my last year with Sizwe Hosmer.
