POOR SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS SINCE JANUARY 2022
This is the worst medical aid . I have never phoned a medical aid just to pay bills from December 2021 and January 2022 they pay incorrectly and they cant find thr statements after logging countless of calls and the dr has contacted them regarding an outstanding balance due to medical aid. The service is poor and has gone down. I ust do their job for them . THEY ARE THE WORST
