POOR SERVICE AND INABALITY TO PAY CLAIMS

<p>Since early March this year, my fiance and I have been trying to get our claim processed by Sizwe. It is not 4 months later and not a cent has been paid. We timeously called in to confirm what the necessary procedures were with regards to paying claims out of our own pockets and claiming back from the scheme since December 2016. Every time we have called in since March we have been asked to provide the same information that was originally sent through, we are told that somebody will get hold of us or that somebody is working on it. I'm sure that it can't take 4 months to pay the money owed to us? </p>
