Poor Service
Since the curatorship announcement the refunds from Sizwe has stalled to a snail pace....not sure if the liquidity issues has been resolved..my medical practitioner does not want to accept to Sizwe medical aids. Submitted all my claims with receipts that i had to pay cash. Still waiting for refund....
